Time of the year arrives again.yes! It’s ORBITCE time! ORBITCE is the national level inter-college technical symposium conducted by the ECE department at SSN. Known for its quality,SSN has always been the right place for research-oriented minds, and ORBITCE is not an exception.

Micro-processors, paper presentations,robotics,circuit designing,Debugging,Simulation,marketing,Tech quiz,math quiz,project display, you name it,we have it! a challenge to compete with brilliant peers. oh don’t get intimidated by hi-fi mind-numbing concepts, you needn’t be a geek to be a part of ORBITCE. There is a flavour for everyone.

This year ORBITCE 2K9 is going to be brighter and better. Not only because of the fact that it’s organized by us, the final years, but also because of the whole lot of enthusiastic juniors who come up with creative ideas and pester us to load them with duties.

I don’t have to comment about the huge chunk of prizes that you can pocket by winning. huge Cash, i-pods, pen drives,mp3 players, vouchers from so many brands like barista, naturals,and a HOME-THEATRE SYSTEM and….did anyone hear about the mega prize of the internship at COCO-COLA?? ;-)

The team work that gets into the whole event, organizing, publicity, sponsors, the d-day duties, everything gives a high when we work together. It’s pure fun and sheer joy to be a part of such a wonderful event. Running here and there with lots and lots of work gives pleasure, especially the feeling that we get when we hear the participants say “hey! That was a great show you people put up ,we enjoyed ,good job!”

Come on,gear up! Here is the time to bring out all your latent talents!
